Job Description

Reliance Solutions is currently seeking a dependable individual with a strong work ethic to fill a full-time, permanent case manager position. The case manager is responsible for building client relationships and confidently guiding them through our process.

As a case manager, your responsibilities will be:

· Communicate clearly and concisely with clients to ensure confidence, comfort and trust.

· Multitask incoming emails and phone calls on a daily basis.

· Record client information within our database.

Reliance Solutions provides debt relief by empowering consumers to exercise their rights to fight back against debt collection companies.

We work to stop the fraudulent methods that many debt collection agencies use to intimate hard-working people.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Proficient in typing.

Professional verbal and written communication skills.

1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred.

Must be organized and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour
