Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, continuing care for patients of all ages, from children to senior adults.

• Perform thorough physical examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and craft bespoke treatment plans.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution in medicine.
• Successful completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
• Eligibility for (or possession of) a valid Arizona medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
