Korean Interpreter Position

Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is seeking Korean interpreters for IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, mental health evaluations, and more. Interpreters must have daytime availability . Languageneeded: Korean - Immediate need Location: Wilmington, Delaware - IN-PERSON

RESPONSIBILITIES

Travel to local client sites within the Wilmington,Delaware area ProvideKorean/Englishinterpreting for school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, medical appointments, and more Provide superior customer service Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry-specific best practices

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Full fluency in both English and Korean Daytime availability of at least 5hours per week (between the hours of 8AM - 4PM) Availability to support our interpreting clients when needed Access to reliable transportation1+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred, but not required Industry-specific certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, etc.), but not required Candidates mustbe willing to get a background check including Federal, State, and Child Abuse Registry Must have reliable phone service for contact Must be comfortable withsmart phone for job input Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
