General Manager

Returns Coordinator

We are looking for a well-rounded, flexible individual to join our team to supervise the returns process.

Responsibilities:

• Scan returns and print return labels.
• Ability to address and communicate concerns with third party delivery personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility.
• Manage daily return reports to maintain product control.
• Support other areas of the warehouse as needed.
• Supports load-out each night for all trucks.

Requirements:

• Computer software skills
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
• Must be capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift more than 80-100 lbs. frequently
• Ability to count accurately
• Support 7-10 trucks daily

Physical Requirements: Seeing and hearing: Read documents, computer screen. Standing and walking. Climbing, stooping, squatting and kneeling. Dexterity: utilizing phone, typing, and writing. Lift in excess of 80+ pounds.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $19.25 - $25.67 per hour. Offers determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
