What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant , you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by:

Providing compassionate, resident-centered personal care
Assisting residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence
Supporting our nursing team in delivering exceptional care
Monitoring residents and communicating changes to licensed nurses
Creating meaningful connections that help residents feel safe, respected, and valued

What We're Looking For

Current Tennessee CNA Certification
High School Diploma or GED
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
A passion for caring for others
New CNAs are encouraged to apply—we're happy to train the right person!
