The Lead QA is responsible for the quality assurance process across several teams at Thirdbridge. They plan strategies tailored to different technologies and contexts of Thirdbridge's various projects. They also actively participate in the execution and implementation of automated and manual tests.

Expectations and profile sought:

• Advanced knowledge of automated testing technologies, both web and mobile
• Ability to define coherent quality assurance strategies based on needs and type of mandate
• Comfort in both strategy and execution: you set the practices, but you are also comfortable getting your hands dirty with automated and manual tests
• Ability to guide teams towards better practices, with pedagogy and collaboration
• Skill in diplomacy to reconcile product requirements and quality assurance
• Desire to build: laying foundations, providing coherence, and seeing a practice grow

Plus if:

• Sensitivity to accessibility: knowledge of WCAG standards and a desire to make it a team reflex
• Being a champion at Putt Putt Party on Discord
