Required Skills:

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Proficiency in computer systems, software applications, and web-based tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to delegate, coordinate, and lead effectively
• Commitment to cultural sensitivity, diversity, and patient privacy

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in a clinical specialty area
• Experience leading or supervising nursing teams
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Prior experience in a hospital or acute care setting

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work the night shift (12-hour shifts)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local healthcare laws and regulations
• Ability to perform in a physically demanding environment, including lifting and mobility tasks
• Willingness to participate in training and continuous education
