What You'll Bring to the Role:

• A current RN license in your state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Proficiency in computer software, web applications, and effective communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and judgment abilities
• Ability to delegate, lead, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing
• Certification in a clinical specialty area
• Experience with patient education and culturally sensitive care

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks involving lifting and moving patients or objects
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to blood, body fluids, and hazardous materials
