Production Worker

Position: General Production Pay Range: 20/HR Location: Swanzey, NH Job Description We are looking for a General Production Worker to support daily operations in a precast concrete manufacturing facility. This role involves working as part of a team to produce high-quality concrete products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with preparing molds, forms, and materials for concrete production Pour, spread, and finish concrete according to specifications Operate basic hand tools and production equipment Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment Follow safety procedures and support a clean, organized workspace Assist with loading, moving, and staging materials or finished products Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs Willingness to work in a manufacturing or outdoor environment Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team Previous manufacturing or construction experience is a plus but not required If you are interested in this position, please apply with an updated resume!
