Industrial Engineer / Manufacturing Process Specialist – Sheet Metal Fabrication
Contract-to-Hire (Direct Hire Possible)
1st Shift
$65,000-$80,000 Starting Salary
No Engineering Degree? No Problem.
If you've built your career in sheet metal fabrication, CNC programming, CAD design, or manufacturing , we'd like to talk with you. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience who understands how sheet metal products are designed, programmed, and manufactured.
What You'll Do
- Create and modify designs using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
- Develop manufacturing drawings and production documentation
- Program laser and turret punch equipment (Striker or similar)
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with production, customers, and leadership from concept through production
Qualifications
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing
- Proficient with CAD software (Inventor, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- CNC programming experience is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working on the production floor with manufacturing teams
