Located in Cincinnati, OH
Salary: $95k/yr+ Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer Location: Cincinnati, OH Compensation: $95k/yr+ Requirements- 6+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering environment
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software, with emphasis on SolidWorks
- Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication and machining processes
- Experience developing cost estimates for various manufacturing projects
- Ability to analyze manufacturing problems and implement effective solutions
- Fixture design and weld robot programming experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements, including cost, quality, and delivery targets
- Estimate time and material costs for a wide range of manufacturing projects and components
- Create and maintain process routers and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, sales teams, and shop floor personnel to confirm requirements and ensure alignment
- Identify and resolve production issues such as scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and manufacturing challenges
- Modify and develop engineering drawings to support sheet metal fabrication, including cutting, bending, and forming processes
- Review engineering changes, customer documentation (ECRs, drawings, memorandums), and implement updates to internal processes and programs
