What You'll Do

• Provide real-time technical support to residential service technicians via phone and video calls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues by guiding technicians step-by-step.
• Serve as the subject matter expertteaching, coaching, and helping technicians grow their skills.
• Document recurring issues and collaborate with leadership to improve training and processes.
• Ensure technicians feel supported, confident, and able to deliver high-quality service to customers.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of residential plumbing experience, you've seen it all and can diagnose problems quickly. A true expert in all things plumbing, from installs and repairs to advanced troubleshooting. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly over the phone or video. A natural coach and mentor, patient, encouraging, and able to teach through challenges. Tech-savvy enough to navigate video calls, internal systems, and documentation tools.
