Referral Coordinator Job Type: Full Time Remote Position: This position is Remote but requires in-person training for the first 30 days; candidates must be local to San Antonio, TX (Live Oak) and occasional in-office presence as needed. Manage a high volume of incoming referrals and handle consecutive calls efficiently. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong attention to detail. Schedule patient appointments accurately and promptly. Perform data entry with precision. Communicate with patients and physicians over the phone to address inquiries and needs. Collaborate with various team members at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists to ensure patient and customer requests are addressed effectively and in a timely manner.
