IN SUMMARY...The Software Support Specialist supports Azalea's clients on our various software applications and serves as a liaison between our clients and the various departments of Azalea's staff to facilitate a smooth working relationship. WHAT YOU WILL DO...Provide continuous software support solutions to Azalea Health customers in a timely mannerInteract with customers through multiple platforms Including: face-to-face interactions, web meetings, support ticket updates, and email/phone communicationsMaintain clear, concise documentation of all support mattersEffectively document and record all aspects of client interactions in the designated client management systems to promote transparency and understanding of software issuesManage the help content and support ticketing systemAssist in testing and implementing software upgrades, as well as any associated communication with the Software Development departmentMaintain current, relevant knowledge of Azalea's software products and servicesPartner with product teams, departments, and functional units to resolve software application issuesUpsell current clients and occasionally conduct product demonstrations to potential clientsBACKGROUND AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRING...High School Diploma or equivalent required.
