You will ensure accuracy of entity records, coordinate board approvals across jurisdictions, route minutes and resolutions, and manage signing authorities across time zones. You’ll collaborate with Tax, Treasury, Finance, and business teams on entity projects while handling confidential information with discretion and working with outside counsel #J-18808-Ljbffr Indeed.com
