Desired Qualifications:

• Current CT Special Education Teaching License
• Previous experience working as a Special Education Teacher preferred
• Familiarity with CTSEDS paperwork and IEP process
• Comfortable working with PreK-2 grade levels in both inclusion and resource settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and classroom support for students in PreK-2
• Complete CTSEDS paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Conduct evaluations and participate in PPTs as required
• Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators
• Support inclusion/resource programming for individual student needs
