Senior Human Resources ManagerReporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Human Resources Manager will lead both the strategic and operational Human Resources agenda across a growing portfolio of businesses. The successful Senior Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in building scalable infrastructure while supporting continued organizational growth.Develop and lead the Human Resources function as a strategic partner to executive leadershipDesign and implement compensation structures, performance management frameworks, workforce planning initiatives, and retention programmesLead Human Resources due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition integration activitiesBuild and standardize policies, onboarding programmes, employee lifecycle processes, and organizational structures across multiple entitiesOversee Human Resources compliance activities including employee relations, benefits administration, and year-end reporting requirementsPartner closely with operational leaders on workforce challenges, employee engagement, investigations, and organizational effectivenessLead, coach, and develop the Human Resources and payroll team while ensuring operational excellence across core Human Resources processesFor this role we are seeking:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related disciplineMinimum seven years of progressive Human Resources experience with increasing levels of responsibilityProven experience building Human Resources processes, frameworks, and infrastructure within a growing organizationExperience supporting multi-site, multi-entity, industrial, construction, field-services, manufacturing, engineering, or similar operational environmentsDemonstrated merger and acquisition due diligence and integration experienceStrong knowledge of employee relations, compensation, performance management, compliance, and organizational developmentExperience managing or overseeing payroll processes and Human Resources Information SystemsProfessional certification such as SHRM Certified Professional, SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Professional in Human Resources, or Senior Professional in Human Resources preferredStrong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and operational leadersHands-on, builder mentality with the ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environmentOpportunity to build and shape the Human Resources function during a significant growth phaseHigh visibility role with direct access to executive leadershipExposure to acquisition activity, integration projects, and strategic business initiativesSignificant influence on organizational design, culture, talent strategy, and workforce planningCollaborative leadership team committed to investing in people and scalable growthCompetitive salary and bonus packageComprehensive benefits programmeLong-term career progression opportunities within a growing platform
