Description:

• We are seeking mid level to senior UX Researchers to join our Lifecycle Transformation Design team.
• Candidates should be well versed in a range of research methodologies, encompassing both evaluative and exploratory research, as well as validation testing.
• The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with UX Designers to assess prototypes, synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Comprehensive Research: Experience conducting comprehensive UX research, including evaluative research (usability testing and user interviews), exploratory research (user needs and behavior studies), and validation testing to confirm design hypotheses.
• Research Coordination: Demonstrated ability to propose, plan, and coordinate research initiatives effectively, including creating detailed research plans, securing stakeholder buy in, managing deadlines, scheduling participants, and ensuring successful execution.
• Data Synthesis: Proficiency in synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
• Methodology Knowledge: Strong understanding of UX research best practices and methodologies such as usability testing, interviewing, surveys, and heuristic evaluations.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Figma or the ability to quickly adapt to new tools. Experience with other UX design and research tools is beneficial.
• Communication & Collaboration: Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey research findings through presentations, decks, and Figma annotations.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy in for research initiatives.
