Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: The Woodlands, TX (100% Onsite)
Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 + Bonus
Type: Direct Hire

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing energy services organization to identify a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist . This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships with hiring managers, and can successfully manage a high-volume requisition load while supporting critical business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Support an average workload of 25-30 active requisitions , primarily mid-to-senior-level positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and operational roles.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Build talent pipelines and support recruiting events and talent attraction initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Electrical Fracking industry recruiting experience is REQUIRED.
• Experience recruiting within energy services, oilfield services, or related industrial environments.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
• ATS experience required; Paycom experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
