RN -Clinical Nursing Supervisor

Shifts: Full-Time, Nights (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) Salary: $36/hour - $49/hour (Depends on the years of experience) + Full-time benefits Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Clinical Nursing Supervisor to lead and support our night shift team. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care across all units during night hours. The supervisor will provide guidance, consultation, and problem-solving on patient care issues, while collaborating closely with departmental leadership to maintain business continuity. Strong leadership, critical thinking, and effective communication skills are essential to foster staff development and uphold clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide assistance, direction, and consultation regarding patient care issues. Identify and communicate potential threats to patient safety to leadership. Ensure a safe, efficient, and effective patient care environment. Support staff development in partnership with Clinical Educator and Informatics Nurse. Participate in initiatives related to education, informatics, quality, patient safety, and professional development.
