ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a team of 10 across two agencies. I entered the insurance industry after undergrad and have spent my career building a business centered around relationships, growth, and creating opportunities for others.

I attended Bridgewater College, where I played football. Im a proud husband, brother, and father of two daughters, and my wife is also part of the team. Outside of work, I enjoy boating, traveling, spending time on or near the water, and following football. Were a big sports family (split between Las Vegas Raiders and Denver Broncos fans), so things can get competitive at home sometimes.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Colin Owens - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
