I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a team of 10 across two agencies. I entered the insurance industry after undergrad and have spent my career building a business centered around relationships, growth, and creating opportunities for others. I attended Bridgewater College, where I played football. Im a proud husband, brother, and father of two daughters, and my wife is also part of the team. Outside of work, I enjoy boating, traveling, spending time on or near the water, and following football. Were a big sports family (split between Las Vegas Raiders and Denver Broncos fans), so things can get competitive at home sometimes. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Colin Owens - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
