Security Site Supervisor (Tampa Area Branch) – Plant City, FL DSI Security Services is growing. We are hiring a Security Site Supervisor in Plant City, FL. Responsibilities Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees; perform general security duties for our clients. Act as a liaison with the client; promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards. Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, and follow specific post instructions. Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI’s safety manual. Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner. Oversee day-to-day operations at the site location, including client and employee relations. Qualifications Customer service oriented with basic to intermediate computer skills and effective written and oral communication. Ability to perform routine foot patrols, perform moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions. Education Requirements (All) High School Diploma or Equivalent Certification Requirements (All) Valid State Driver's License State of Florida Class D Security License Pre-employment Requirements Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license and Florida Security Class D License are required. Reliable transportation and means of communication are necessary. You must pass all required background and drug screenings.
