Solution Consultant

To support enterprise sales opportunities, the full-time remote Solution Consultant will engage with prospects throughout the sales cycle by leading discovery, delivering business-focused demonstrations, and serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. Key responsibilities Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from discovery through implementation Translate customer business priorities into compelling solution narratives and recommendations Act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights and feedback to improve solutions and go-to-market strategies Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales for complex B2B SaaS solutions Proven ability to present to executive stakeholders and lead consultative discovery sessions Experience supporting enterprise RFPs, RFIs, and solution design Familiarity with HR Technology, Workforce Planning, or related business solutions Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills with strong collaboration capabilities
