Maintenance Manager

We are hiring a Maintenance Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day activities of the Maintenance Department, ensuring that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. Responsibilities As a Maintenance Manager , you will supervise the team and assist with the operation, repair, and maintenance of boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will plan and carry out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installations, and track spending and labor budgets. Qualifications – Must Have High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience with boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, and other technical drawings. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices. Licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, and labor laws. Ability to plan and carry out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installation. Ability to control and track direct spending and labor budgets. Preferred Qualifications – Nice to Have Experience in a healthcare facility. Supervisory experience.
