TORQ Coatings is a fast-growing concrete floor coatings company expanding aggressively across the Midwest. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead, develop, and scale our sales teams across multiple markets. This is a build-and-scale leadership role — not maintenance. You will start by managing 5–10 sales reps and play a key role in helping take the brand to 8 figures in revenue — fast. The Opportunity You will work closely with leadership to drive revenue, improve performance, and scale the sales organization.
