Bilingual Field Medical Case Manager (RN/CRC) - Travel

ForzaCare, based in Elk Grove Village, IL, seeks a Field Medical Case Manager to coordinate care for injured workers and support return-to-work goals. You will serve as the central point of contact among medical providers, employers, and insurers to ensure timely and transparent care management. Ideal candidates are licensed RNs or CRCs, bilingual in English and Polish, with workers' compensation experience preferred.
