Job Details Level: Management Job Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80906 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 Salary Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Day As the Service Manager for Power Motive Corporation, you will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the Service Department; and overall branch locations needs. You will be effectively and efficiently managing the flow of the department working with Executive Management and your direct reports to make Service Goals while leading your team with Power Motive Corporation's core values and dedication to operational success. Key Job Activities Administrative Ensure that defined processes related to work-order opening, closing and invoicing adhered to and running efficiently Oversee the warranty work-order process to ensure that good information is gathered in the field and proper guidelines and timelines are followed during the closure process Provide the DOT compliance manager with service truck and technician paperwork related to safety requirements Supervisory Responsibilities Oversees Service Team and Technicians Assists in the hiring, training, and direction the work of all field service personnel to efficiently perform at the highest level possible Conducts performance reviews for all Service Members and Service Technicians.
