We're looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant who enjoys partnering with operations, solving problems, and helping drive business performance.

What You'll Be Doing

Cost Accounting & Operations

* Lead cost accounting and inventory management
* Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs
* Partner with factory and project teams to improve performance
* Monitor job costs and profitability

Month-End Close & Financial Reporting

* Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
* Perform variance and margin analysis
* Support financial reporting and cost trend analysis
* Assist with audits and internal controls

Accounting & Project Support

* Oversee day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, and GL)
* Support project accounting and project administration
* Prepare multi-state sales and use tax filings
* Provide ad hoc analysis and support strategic initiatives

✅ What We're Looking For

Required Experience

✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

✔ 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience

✔ Construction or project accounting experience required

✔ Strong Microsoft Excel skills

✔ Experience in fast-paced, operational environments

✔ Familiarity with ERP systems (Vista Viewpoint experience is a plus)
