Now Hiring Receiving AssociatesM-F 7:30am to 4:00pm $21HRKey ResponsibilitiesWork as part of the receiving team to support inbound receiving activities from receipt through inventory placement.Inspect and verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and system records.Process receipts accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).Identify and resolve discrepancies, including shortages, overages, damage, labeling issues, and documentation errors.Coordinate with purchasing, inventory control, carriers, and vendors to resolve receiving issues quickly.Maintain accurate inventory records through timely transactions, proper labeling, and correct product placement.Use RF scanners, computers, and warehouse software to process inventory efficiently.Monitor receiving workflows and recommend improvements that increase accuracy and efficiency.Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to support inventory integrity.Maintain complete receiving documentation and comply with company, GMP, safety, and client requirements.Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and safe.Preferred Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.3+ years of warehouse receiving experience in distribution, manufacturing, or logistics strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of inbound receiving, inventory control, and discrepancy resolution.Experience with WMS, ERP systems, RF scanners, and warehouse technology.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.Ability to analyze information, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems independently.Other Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.If you're dependable, motivated, and eager to contribute to a fantastic team, we encourage you to apply today!
