• In this role, you'll be responsible for:
• Providing comprehensive plumbing inspections for customers.
• Offer upgrade options based on plumbing inspections findings.
• Repairing or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.
• Locating and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)Reading blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems
• Cutting , assembling and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring)
• Installing and maintaining water supply systems
• Installing waste disposal and sanitary systems
• Installing and servicing water treatment systems and water heaters.
• Skills and Requirements:
• Residential Service Plumbing experience
• Service Titan experience a plus
• Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings
• Working knowledge of appliances
• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly with a great deal of patience
• Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces
• Ability to work on-call as needed:
• On-call hours: M-F 4:00pm-9:00pm
• Saturday and Sunday 7:30am-9:00pm
• $200 for being on call plus OT.
