A downtown Buffalo is looking to add an experienced Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant to support two attorneys in a busy Buffalo law office. This is a full-time, 100% in-office position ideal for a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented professional. Key Responsibilities Transcribe live attorney dictation and prepare legal documents and correspondence Manage calendars, deadlines, court appearances, and client appointments Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Handle multi-line phones and maintain accurate client and case files Format, proofread, and prepare legal documents Provide general administrative and legal secretarial support Highlighting benefits such as: Health insurance Generous PTO 401(k) with employer match Fully PAID parking Bonus opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Krgstaffing
