What You'll Be Doing

Connect with candidates through sourcing, screening, and interviews to understand skills, goals, and culture fit

Match top talent with opportunities where they can succeed and grow

Grow the business through B2B sales, client outreach, and cold calling

Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers

Manage multiple job orders while maintaining excellent communication

Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience from first contact to placement

Track progress, activity, and pipelines using ATS and CRM tools

Collaborate with teammates and contribute ideas to improve processes

Step in where needed—this is a hands-on, flexible role with room to grow
