With customers' mission-critical needs always in mind, our employees deliver end-to-end technology solutions connecting the space, air, land, sea and cyber domains in the interest of national security.Job Location: Londonderry, NHJob Schedule: 4/10: Employees work 10 hour days, 4 days a week (3:00pm-1:00am)Job Description:Assembles mechanical, optical or electrical components and subassemblies following specified work instructions and procedures to ensure finished product meets established operational, quality, and cosmetic requirements.Essential Functions:Follow and comply with documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Complete basic testing operations by loading units, starting test programs, and evaluating basic pass/fail criteriaContinuously performs visual inspections of materials for defects and conducts any range of functional tests and cleaning at prescribed intervals to ensure proper operation of various components during assemblyReport deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction and authorization and conducts quality inspection at specified intervals Perform accurate data and record keepingMaintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety proceduresApply basic math skills to add and subtract two digit numbers. Ability to perform these operations using units of weight, measurement, volume, and distance Work with RTV, epoxy, and other bonds/adhesivesCultivate a culture that assures effective cross functional team work Perform job duties in a manner that complies with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies and proceduresDemonstrate ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company valuesConsistently at work and on-timeParticipates in meetings and working groups to solve problems, communicate issues, obtain approvals, and maintains specific level of knowledge pertaining to new requirements or policiesQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent with 0-3 years prior experienceL3Harris Technologies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
