Accounts Payable Specialist

Vaco Phoenix is partnering with a growing Phoenix-based company to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to their team. Responsibilities Process supplier invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and on time. Respond to vendor inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate vendor records. Assist with payment runs in compliance with company terms and local regulations. Perform account reconciliations and support month‑end close activities. Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards; assist with audit requests. Qualifications 3+ years of accounts payable experience Experience with any ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite experience a plus) Work Schedule & Compensation Hybrid: Onsite Monday‑Thursday, Work from Home Friday Salary: $60k – $65k Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
