Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ashland, VA, for an Experienced Roofing Sales Estimator. The primary responsibilities include evaluating roofing projects, developing precise cost estimates, inspecting sites, and collaborating with clients and team members to determine specific project needs. The Roofing Sales Estimator will also oversee material selection, provide accurate proposals, and maintain communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.

- MUST have MINIMUM of 3 years roofing experience
Qualifications
- Proficiency in residential and/or commercial roofing systems and materials.
- Hands-on skills in roofing and insulation
- Comfortable with working at height and knowledge of relevant safety protocols
- Strong project evaluation and cost estimation abilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
