Epic Personnel Partners  is hiring a  Manufacturing Accounting Analyst  in  Ruther Glen, VA!

Manufacturing Accounting Analyst: Responsible for supporting the accounting department with daily financial tasks, including production costing, accounts payable, and operational reporting. This role ensures accuracy in financial processes, maintains vendor relationships, and facilitates standardized reporting to align with company procedures. The analyst works closely with management and vendors to maintain compliance and optimize financial workflows.

Salary: $22/Hr.

Key Responsibilities:

· Complete costing analyses for daily production and prepare month-end reports for SAP.

· Perform 3-way matching verification for invoice payments and resolve discrepancies.

· Reconcile payments, monitor accounts, and ensure timely vendor payments.

· Maintain vendor files and correspondence while responding to inquiries.

· Standardize operational reports across distribution centers to align with SOPs.

Qualifications:

· Experience in SAP accounting systems and MRP manufacturing systems preferred.

· Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting procedures.

· Proficient in data entry, account analysis, and Excel spreadsheets.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills; teamwork oriented.

· Familiarity with distribution center operations is a must.
