Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our team at the rehabilitation hospital located in Little Rock, AR. This role involves delivering comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation care to adults who are recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, as well as other medically complex conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored care plans that are regularly updated.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress effectively.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and case managers to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans and rehabilitation processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
• Promote a faith-based, patient-centered culture that emphasizes safety, respect, and clinical excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
