Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver empathetic, evidence-driven care to adult rehabilitation patients who are on the path to recovery from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, as well as other complex medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and create or update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Educate patients and their families about care processes and health management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes.
• Engage in quality assurance and safety initiatives to enhance patient care.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
