Bookkeeper

Manage Accounts Receivable and issue invoices according to company policies and regulatory requirements Track and update customer project billing status and ensure timely collections Process vendor invoices and manage Accounts Payable via Dokka and Mesh Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliation Process employee expense reports via Expensify Reconcile employee accounts, including expense reimbursements and leave adjustments Support monthly end-close processes, including accrued expenses, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets Perform intercompany reconciliations Assist with annual audits and external reporting Prepare ad-hoc working papers and financial analysis Improve and scale financial processes as the company grows Manage day-to-day financial operations for US and Canadian entities Requirements 5+ years of bookkeeping experience in a Hi-Tech or multinational company - required Experience with foreign entities and multi-entity bookkeeping - required Strong Excel skills Certified Bookkeeper (AIPB or equivalent) - advantage Experience with US and/or Canadian GAAP - advantage Experience with NetSuite - advantage Experience with Mesh and Expensify - advantage Team player, service-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
