Pay: $37,000-$40,000 per year

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (potential on-call)

Report to: President

What We Have For You:

As a rapidly growing, full-service real estate firm, we offer services in commercial property management, residential property management, association management, commercial sales & leasing, residential home sales, and business sales. Your exposure to All Things Real Estate will give you a broad understanding of a dynamic, multi-entity business and the opportunity to make a true impact at the leadership level.

The Scope of Work

Create and schedule social media content, including listing promotions, market updates, and brand-building posts.
Prepare and execute listing launch campaigns across social media.
Utilize PJ Morgan Real Estate marketing materials to make flyers, brochures, listing presentations, and open house collateral
Coordinate and execute photography, videography, and drone services for property listings.
Manage email marketing campaigns, and newsletters.
Maintain CRM database accuracy and support lead follow-up campaigns.
Create and deliver client pop-bys and gifts as part of client relationship efforts.

The Ideal Candidate

Proficient in social media management, content creation, and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
Experienced in coordinating photography, videography, and listing marketing campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Skilled in CRM management, email marketing, and website updates.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative, proactive, and able to take initiative on marketing ideas.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365
