What We Have For You:

As a rapidly growing, full-service real estate firm, we offer services in commercial property management, residential property management, association management, commercial sales & leasing, residential home sales, and business sales. Your exposure to All Things Real Estate will give you a broad understanding of a dynamic, multi-entity business and the opportunity to make a true impact at the leadership level.

The Scope of Work

• Create and schedule social media content, including listing promotions, market updates, and brand-building posts.
• Prepare and execute listing launch campaigns across social media.
• Utilize PJ Morgan Real Estate marketing materials to make flyers, brochures, listing presentations, and open house collateral
• Coordinate and execute photography, videography, and drone services for property listings.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, and newsletters.
• Maintain CRM database accuracy and support lead follow-up campaigns.
• Create and deliver client pop-bys and gifts as part of client relationship efforts.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proficient in social media management, content creation, and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
• Experienced in coordinating photography, videography, and listing marketing campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Skilled in CRM management, email marketing, and website updates.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative, proactive, and able to take initiative on marketing ideas.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365
