Job Description Review and complete change desk tickets in a timely fashion Review change requests and determine if it is a bona fide Change in Circumstance Monitor and disclose Loan Estimates and Change in Circumstances Address fee variances and cure if applicable Verify accuracy of fees to mitigate TRID and RESPA violations, understand where fees are to be located on the LE and CD. Communicate with all partners including Sales, Processing, Closing and Underwriting as needed Verify accuracy of fees to mitigate TRID and RESPA violations Qualifications Minimum 2 years of mortgage related experience in one of the following departments loan processing, post-closing, servicing, QC, audit, compliance, funding, closing, and/or document review Knowledge of TRID and Change in Circumstance process Knowledge of the mortgage origination disclosure process Knowledge of mortgage terms, documents and related forms RESPA/TRID training/experience Experience with Encompass Highly desired. High School Diploma/GED College Degree Preferred Additional Information J.G.
