• License/Certs: Active Louisiana RN license, ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, EPIC proficiency preferred
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of Labor and Delivery experience; charge experience preferred

• Hourly Rate: $63.65 per hour

What You'll Do

• Manage labor and delivery processes ensuring maternal and neonatal safety
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal vital signs during labor
• Provide patient education and emotional support to mothers and families
• Assist with procedures such as epidurals and delivery assistance
• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses thoroughly
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and best practices in obstetric care

What You Need

• Valid Louisiana RN license and required certifications (ACLS, BLS, NRP)
• Minimum of 4 years of labor and delivery nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills in obstetric emergency management and patient advocacy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
