Job Duties In the absence of an assigned Live Goods Merchandiser in stores, it will be the expectation of the MAC to physically cover the staffing needs of assigned stores at the direction of the DM MAC will be responsible for assisting with the training and quality of a group of Live Goods Merchandisers in their assigned stores at the direction of the DM This position is primarily a field position with the expectation of approximately 95% of time spent in field activities and 5% of time in administrative or office duties MAC will be responsible for initial and ongoing training of team members in assigned stores as well as assisting team members on a regular basis in the execution of daily duties and special projects as assigned by the DM This job description is not meant to be comprehensive, and other duties may be assigned as needed.
