Customer Support Liaison

Overhaul Help Desk Support Overhaul is a rapidly growing software company specializing in in-transit supply chain visibility and risk management solutions for global enterprise organizations. Our cutting-edge technology empowers organizations to gain real-time insights into their supply chain operations, mitigate risks, and optimize their logistics processes. Help support the Overhaul Help Desk, being a direct liaison with customers. In addition to supporting operational activities and new business activity. In this role, you will be responsible for answering help desk inquiries from customers, creating customer activity reporting, supporting new customer launches, and day to day operations activities as required. Primary responsibilities include: Answer Help Desk phone calls and emails primarily from OEM customers and their dealerships Become a subject matter expert on the Overhaul platform, primarily focused on Finished Vehicle Provide/support on-line or F2F training for new customer or capability launches Identify system issues or capability enhancements Create/administer customer KPIs Support ad hoc operational needs (ETA analysis, locations, etc) Support new business development pursuits (Proof of Values, Customer Meetings, Conferences) Provide a high level of transparency and communication across the organization Support Customer Facing Lead to drive production adoption and value creation within responsible accounts Qualifications include: A vital part of the role's competence is communication Outstanding written and verbal ability Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or other related preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Personal Attributes Excellent communication skills Self-motivated and requires little oversight/direction Analytical skills and hands-on with data Works collaboratively Perks and benefits include: Top employee health and well-being benefits 401(k) Matching Caregiver/adoption/family leave Employee Assistance Program Self paced Development & Training program Rotating company 'Perks at Work' program Flexible PTO policy Business casual dress Our culture is guided by our core values of Diversity and Synergy, Creativity, Problem Solving, Authenticity and Receptivity, Trust, Encouragement, Teaching and Learning, Wellness and Integrity.
