Business Process Analyst

iQuasar LLC is seeking a Business Process Analyst responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes that support DoD operations. The analyst works directly with program managers, functional leads, system engineers, and government stakeholders to identify operational challenges, develop process improvements, and support enterprise solutions.

• Position Name: Business Process Analyst
• Location: Remote
• Clearance: Secret or above

Primary Responsibilities
• Lead business process discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
• Analyze current ("As-Is") and design future ("To-Be") business processes.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops.
• Develop BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Perform business process reengineering (BPR).
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and testers.
• Support Agile execution and backlog refinement.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop SOPs and training materials.
• Measure KPIs and recommend continuous improvements.
• Mentor junior analysts.

Desired Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of business analysis experience
• Experience supporting federal or DoD programs
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance Preferred Certifications
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• CCBA or CBAP
• PMI-PBA
• Certified ScrumMaster
• ITIL Foundation
• CompTIA Security+
