Hours:

• 9:00a – 5:00p/6:00p

Responsibilities:

• Administer allergy tests, injections, nebulizers, spirometry, sinus echoes, and provider-directed medications while maintaining aseptic standards
• Prepare patients, measure vital signs, deliver clear treatment instructions, and promote health education to ensure an empathetic, high-quality care experience
• Manage daily opening/closing procedures, maintain clean and fully stocked exam rooms, and travel to alternate office locations as needed
• Operate spirometry equipment for pulmonary function tests, perform sinus echo diagnostics, and administer nebulizer treatments and directed medications
• Accurate logging of patient records, vital statistics, and shot sheets in the EHR system, along with professional phone support and strict HIPAA compliance
• Keep exam rooms sanitized and well-stocked, assist with physical tasks, and travel to secondary office locations when required

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• National Medical Assistant certification
• CPR and/or BLS certification
• Medical assisting experience
• ENT, Allergy, or Pulmonary experience
• Must be willing to float to all locations
• Bilingual preferred

Compensation:

• $20-25

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
