ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent several years as an Agent Aspirant and led a successful sales team. Outside of work, I'm married with an 11-year-old daughter and a mini Goldendoodle. I enjoy endurance sports, including marathons and gravel bike riding, and love taking on new challenges. Giving back to the community is one of my greatest passions. Our agency actively supports the local women's shelter, county fairs, school sports, and yearbook programs, and we're proud to stay involved throughout the tri-county area. Our agency offers licensing reimbursement, a strong commitment to work-life balance, team lunches, team bonding events, and fun performance incentives like amusement park tickets, weekend getaways, and other giveaways. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Associate for Michael Clayton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr michael clayton - State Farm Agent
