The property sits on 24-acres of beachfront, 360 guest rooms, 62,450 sf of event space and 17 meeting rooms. Our property offers free team member parking, meals with each shift and great career growth!After 90 days of employment, 1 day work from home possibility based on performance.After 6 months of employment, 2 day work from home possibility based on performance.Key Qualifications:1-2 years senior hotel sales background.Hotel size of 300+ guest room familiarity.Large group selling backgroundAbility to take initiative and build new business and strengthen existing partnerships.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage shifting deadlines.Must be highly organized, team‑oriented, and able to work seamlessly with senior leadership.Sales IncentiveHilton offers the best in-market SIP (Short-Term Incentive Plan) to our Sales, Catering & Events teams to reward our employees for their contributions to our company’s financial success. The Plan includes a quarterly component worth 20% of bonus eligible earnings.
