Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA who values professional independence and lifestyle balance. This CRNA-only facility operates without physician supervision, allowing advanced practice providers complete autonomy over their anesthesia practice. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia services independently across a variety of surgical cases
• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and monitored anesthesia care
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic levels throughout procedures
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery and ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in light call rotation with competitive compensation
• Maintain accurate documentation and anesthesia records

Required Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Board Certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) or Board Eligible
• Active or eligible for Texas CRNA license
• Master's degree or Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program
• Ability to work independently and make autonomous clinical decisions
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Current BLS and ACLS certification

• Regional anesthesia proficiency and experience (training provided for qualified candidates)
